it comes from alignment.
HOW IT ALL STARTED
I’ve spent my career helping leaders and professionals succeed in corporate spaces - guiding them through growth, change, and big career moments as an HR Leader.
Yet my own journey took an unexpected turn in 2020 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. My body changed. My confidence wavered.
The style and presence I’d built no longer felt like mine.
I knew I couldn’t “bounce back” to who I was before.
I needed to create the next version of me - one that was even more me.
That’s when I shifted my focus inward.
After cancer treatment, I rebuilt my relationship with my body, my identity, and my voice. This journey led me to my style & color certification (which l literally started when I had zero hair and no eyebrows!🤪), followed by a coaching programming in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and subconscious reprogramming, while also seeking professional help to heal my body and nervous system. While I was healing physically, I was also on a mission to heal mentally & emotionally and it was through this healing process that I began to step into my full authentic self, feel safe in my own skin, and step into the next version of myself.
Rebel Style was born from my passion to merge these worlds: the corporate coaching experience that develops leadership presence, the human design work that holds up a mirror to the unique way we are designed, and the style expertise that helps women visually embody their power. Whether you’re leading in the boardroom, building your own business, or reinventing yourself for your next chapter, I’m here to help you step forward as your boldest, most authentic self.
Through all of this, here is what I know for sure: Confidence does not come from a blazer or a bold lip color… it comes from alignment. And when you have both the inner and outer alignment, you can walk into any room owning your full self completely.

why I do this work...
After 30 years in corporate HR and leadership, I’ve seen how often women learn to edit themselves to fit the room - softening their voices, adapting their image, and becoming who they believe they’re supposed to be. I’ve lived that evolution myself, and I believe midlife offers us a powerful opportunity to stop asking “Who am I supposed to be?” and start asking “Who am I now, and what would it look like to fully own her?” That question is at the heart of Rebel Style.
My mission is to help midlife women reconnect with the parts of themselves they may have silenced, tucked away, or outgrown and have the confidence to let their whole selves be seen. Through identity work, subconscious mindset, human design, embodiment, leadership, and style, I help women align who they are on the inside with how they lead, show up, and express themselves on the outside. I believe our full expression of self is our superpower and that when we stop performing and start fully expressing who we are, we become more visible, confident, powerful, and free.
