The Power (and Vulnerability) of Creating Something Aligned with Your Soul
There’s a moment in every journey where the inner work, the lessons, and the healing you’ve done finally come together and what emerges isn’t just a project, a brand, or a business… it’s a reflection of your soul.
That’s the moment I find myself in right now.
As I prepare to reveal Rebel Style to the world, it feels less like I’m launching a passion project and more like I’m stepping fully into the woman I’ve fought to become. This rebrand is deeply personal. It’s not a surface-level update or a shiny logo change - it’s the outward expression of the work I’ve done on the inside.
For years, I have worked in corporate HR and have loved my career. I’ve learned from so many fabulous leaders and truly love to help them succeed in their zone of genius (and still do!). Yet for me, after cancer and my own process of healing, and reclaiming my own identity, I realized the most transformative work isn’t found in external titles or roles. It’s in coming home to yourself - unapologetically, fully, and powerfully.
That’s what Rebel Style represents.
It’s about breaking free of the molds we’ve been told to fit into.
It’s about reprogramming the subconscious patterns that keep us small.
It’s about showing up in clothes, spaces, and conversations as your truest self.
And here’s the truth: stepping into this level of alignment requires vulnerability.
It means peeling back the layers of protection we’ve built and letting the world see us - not the polished version we think will be accepted, but the raw, honest version that feels deeply true. Vulnerability is not weakness; it’s the bridge between who we are now and who we are becoming. It’s what makes connection real. It’s what turns authenticity into impact.
When you put something out into the world that is aligned with who you are at a soul level, you can’t help but feel exposed. But that vulnerability is also the source of your strength.
You don’t have to force momentum - the energy itself carries it forward. You don’t question whether it’s “enough,” because it simply is. And you stop seeking permission, because you’ve finally given it to yourself.
That’s the power of alignment.
Rebel Style is not just my brand. It’s my movement. It’s a call for women - especially those navigating the crossroads of midlife, leadership, and reinvention - to stop shapeshifting to be accepted and start showing up as the fullest expression of themselves.
And if my story can remind even one woman that her truest voice, style, and presence are worthy of being seen - then this rebrand has already done its job.
The rebellion is coming. And it’s unapologetically aligned and also downright vulnerable.
